Get Paid Testing Apps from Spain or Latin America: How Payouts Work
Updated:
You can earn money testing Android apps from Spain or Latin America, but payout hinges on one detail few explain: the country of your payment account. Here is what to check before you invest time.
What you need, wherever you live
- A real Android phone with Google Play and your own Google account.
- A verified email on Tester Marketplace: without it you cannot join campaigns or get paid.
- A Stripe Connect payout account in your name, with a bank account in your country.
- Consistency: Google Play closed-testing campaigns need you to open the app for 14 days in a row.
Why your country matters
We send money through Stripe Connect. Your payout account is created in the country on your tester profile, and Stripe only allows accounts in the countries it supports. If your country is not on its list, we cannot pay you, so the platform will not let you join paid campaigns.
As of 7 October 2026, Stripe allows payout accounts for us in Spain and the rest of the European Union, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India and the UAE. Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Ecuador, Costa Rica and Guatemala are not supported. The list can change: if Stripe expands it we will update it here.
If you live in an unsupported country we do not recommend starting: you would spend 14 days working without being able to get paid. If your profile country is wrong or your bank account is in a supported country, fix it in your dashboard first. Then finish setup under “Payouts (Stripe Connect)”.
What you actually earn
75% of the campaign price is split across its tester quota. Typical campaigns pay a few euros each, in tranches (20% at 3 days, 50% at 7, 100% at 14). It is small, conditional income, not a salary.
How it is calculated and what conditions apply is in the guide on how much testers earn.
How to start without wasting time
- Create your tester account (free) and verify your email.
- Set your real country on your profile: Stripe uses it.
- Complete Stripe Connect setup before joining campaigns.
- Join a campaign, accept the publisher's invitation with the same Google account and open the app on the days the rules require.
Red flags
- Any platform asking for money to start or promising a fixed salary.
- Apps that pay “per install”: here you are paid for meeting usage rules, not for installing.
Frequently asked questions
Can I earn money testing apps from Mexico or Colombia?
From Mexico, yes: Stripe supports payout accounts there. From Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Ecuador or Costa Rica we cannot pay you for now, and the platform will not let you join paid campaigns. The list can change.
How much can you earn testing apps?
Each tester receives 75% of the campaign price divided by its quota: a few euros per campaign. It is not a salary or guaranteed income.
Do I have to pay to become a tester?
No. Creating an account and joining campaigns is free; we never ask for money to take part.
What if my country is not supported by Stripe?
You will not be able to join paid campaigns, since we could not send you the money. If your profile country is wrong, fix it in your dashboard.
