Account (email, hashed credentials), publisher or tester profile, billing and payment data via payment providers (e.g. Stripe), technical campaign logs (test sessions, in-app events, Play Integrity signals when enabled), IP addresses and security logs when recorded, disputes, internal audit and transactional communications (campaign notices, reminders, charges).

• Contract performance: provide the marketplace, campaigns, dashboards and payouts conditioned on verification.
• Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention, service improvement and aggregated usage metrics.
• Consent: non-essential analytics (Google Tag Manager / Analytics) when you accept them in the cookie banner.
• Legal obligation: invoicing, accounting retention and responses to competent authorities.

We may use providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, transactional email, Stripe, Google Analytics/Tag Manager if you consented, error monitoring). Some may be outside the EEA; in that case we apply appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) where required.

You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability under the GDPR from the authenticated panel (“Account & privacy”: JSON download and account deletion) or by writing to contacto@rovidev.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose and for legal periods (accounting, litigation, security). IP logs and technical signals may have bounded retention depending on service configuration.
