Terms of service
General terms of use for Tester Marketplace.
1. Operator and purpose
These terms govern use of the platform operated by Francisco Peris Oller (tax ID 33570350X). Contact: contacto@rovidev.com.
Tester Marketplace connects publishers (app/game developers) with testers who run tests under campaign rules set by the publisher.
2. Relationships between parties
The publisher is responsible for its app, campaign terms and store compliance (e.g. Google Play). Testers are independent users; the platform is not their employer. Tester Marketplace provides infrastructure, session and event recording when the app integrates the client, and the payment flows provided by the service.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate data, keep your account secure and comply with applicable law. We may suspend or close accounts for fraud, abuse or breach of these terms.
4. Payments
Deposits and payouts may be processed by third parties (e.g. Stripe). Fees and holdings are shown in the dashboard. Tester payouts may be subject to compliance checks, anti-fraud policies and KYC requirements of the payment provider. Amounts and rules depend on each campaign published by the publisher.
5. Acceptable use
Fraud, impersonation, metric manipulation, use of artificial devices or accounts to fake compliance, and any illegal use of the service are prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is offered subject to technical availability. No specific commercial outcome or minimum volume of campaigns or testers is guaranteed. Each party must handle its own taxes and applicable employment or commercial obligations. To the extent permitted by law, Tester Marketplace's liability is limited to the fees actually charged for the service in the twelve months before the event.
7. Governing law
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms are interpreted under the laws of España / Unión Europea, without prejudice to consumer rights that cannot be waived.
