Is Buying Google Play Testers Legit? FAQ & What We Guarantee
Updated:
Before you buy testers, ask questions. Here are the most common ones and plain answers, including the guarantee we can NOT give.
Do testers join through my official Google Play link?
Yes. You add the testers' Google accounts to your own closed testing list and they accept your official opt-in link. We do not use any parallel channel.
Do they stay 14 days and actually test the app?
Testers are paid only if they meet the campaign rules (measured sessions in your app), so they have a reason to stay active. We cannot see your Play Console: its tester counter is the source of truth, not ours.
What if a tester drops out?
Their slot reopens for another tester. It is not instant, which is why we recommend 14-16 testers rather than exactly 12.
Are there additional fees?
No subscription and no surcharges. You set the total price when creating the campaign (as a reference, about €99 for 14 testers over 7 days) and our fee is included. The amount you deposit is what is charged.
Do you guarantee Google will approve production access?
No, and be wary of anyone who does: the decision is Google's. We provide real testers and measurable usage you can cite when answering the production access form.
What does my app need?
Our light SDK (about 30 lines) so we can measure sessions. To check it works before spending more, you can run a minimal integration campaign (1 tester, 1 day, about €5).
